After my recent interview in episode 50 with Harvey founder Winston Weinberg, I had an epiphany: while many people following the legal AI space are aghast at the valuations of Harvey ($11B) and Legora ($5.5B), my impression is that their teams and investors believe that Harvey and Legora are seriously undervalued. Like, by a lot.
So, during 🎙️Episode 52 of Zach Abramowitz is Legally Disrupted, I asked Legora founder Max Junestrand point blank whether he thinks Legora could be worth a trillion dollars. You’ll have to watch the episode to get the answer. Or, I suppose you could cheat and use NotebookLM to just upload the link and ask. But, hopefully, the podcast has become entertaining enough that you’d experience all kinds of FOMO and ultimately feel compelled to listen to the full conversation anyway. Either way, if you think Harvey and Legora are overvalued and will have to pivot into an AI-first firm that competes with their current customers, Max’s answer could be quite triggering.
